Get in touch

We are always glad to hear from people working on hard problems. Most of the time, we can tell within thirty minutes whether our methodology is a good fit for your situation.

What to include

A short note is enough. To help us respond well, please share:

  • Your domain or industry — the field where you are working.
  • The question — what you are trying to understand, predict, or solve.
  • The timeline — whether this is exploratory or tied to a specific need.

If you do not have all three, send what you have. We will figure out the rest together.

Three example briefs

If it is helpful, here are three examples of the kind of message that gets a useful response.

Example 1 — exploratory.

We are a mid-sized industrial firm. Our board has asked us to look more carefully at structural risks in our supply chain over the next 24 months. We are not sure if our current risk register is the right frame. Could we have a conversation about whether your methodology would help?

Example 2 — specific question.

We are evaluating an acquisition target in the navigation technology space. The target has 14 patents and we want to understand the strategic vulnerabilities in their portfolio before we make the bid. Can you do this kind of analysis, and on what timeline?

Example 3 — partnership.

We run an internal foresight function for a defense agency. We have a portfolio of questions about three regions and would like to discuss a longer-term engagement. Who is the right person on your side to start that conversation?

What to expect

We typically respond within two business days. The first conversation is thirty minutes, by phone or video. We will listen to your situation, ask a few questions, and tell you honestly whether our methodology is a good fit.

If it is a fit, we will recommend the smallest engagement that gives you the answer you need. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too, and we will suggest what might be.
